Biography
Hon. Maria Katrina G. Jessica Dy, the newly elected National President of the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas, brings a wealth of experience and dedication to community service. Currently serving as Barangay Captain of Brgy. San Fabian in Echague, Isabela, she holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Asia and the Pacific.

President Jessica has founded impactful initiatives like the Mengal Women Center and Mengal Women Organization, focusing on support for abuse victims and advocacy for women's and children's rights. She has been a dynamic speaker at youth and family congresses, reinforcing her commitment to educating and empowering communities. Her diverse background spans business ownership, preschool teaching, commercial modeling, and hosting roles, highlighting her dedication to sustainable development and community empowerment.
